Abstract

The diploma thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter deals with current methods for the analysis of the measurement system. The second chapter discusses the system of destructive tests and presents two models for the selection of the samples. The following chapter describes the company Indet Safety Systems a.s., where the diploma work was carried out. The current state of the company and their products and instruments used for the destructive analysis performed in frame of this work are described. The last chapter is devoted to the analysis of reproducibility and repeatability of destructive tests of pyrotechnic initiators for two selected parameters. The effect of the operator and equipment used for the measurement on the reproducibility was evaluated. The analysis includes the description of sample selection and statistical methods for the determination of mean and variance. Graphical tools and the analysis of variance are described, too. Corrective measures are suggested at the end of the chapter.
