Abstract
The diploma thesis describes the technical characteristics of the distance electroshock weapon and its current position in the Czech system of law. Also, experiments proving the effects on the human organism are performed and the electrotechnical characteristics of the device are described. Pursuant to the findings, the proposal of the distance electroshock weapon utilization in the selected fields of security is accomplished.
