Implementace metodiky SCRUM v malé softwarové firmě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá implementací metodiky Scrum v malé softwarové firmě. V práci jsou uvedeny agilní metodiky vývoje softwaru, podrobně je pak rozebrána metodika Scrum. Metodika charakterizuje základní principy, role, artefakty a meetingy. Práce dále popisuje a analyzuje stávající stav v softwarové firmě, charakterizuje organizační strukturu a identifikuje dřívější problémy. Na závěr je navržena implementace metodiky Scrum pro zmíněnou firmu spolu s návrhem řešení problémů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of Scrum methodology in a small software company. The thesis introduces agile software development, focuses on the methodology Scrum in detail. The methodology describes principles, roles, artifacts and meetings. This thesis also describes and analyzes the current status in the software company, characterizes the organizational structure and identifies previous issues. Finally, the implementation of Scrum methodology for the mentioned company is proposed along with a proposal of problem solutions.
