Návrh dlouhodobého finančního plánu firmy

Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis is the proposal of the long-term financial plan for the company DaF – PROJEKT s.r.o. for quarters of years 2016 – 2018. The bachelor thesis is divided into six chapters. The second chapter is focused on the description of the theoretical basis of financial planning. It describes the methods and the rules of planning, the characteristics of the short-term and long-term financial plan including the process of its creation. Finally, it mentions the basis of financial control, financial analysis and sensitivity analysis. The third chapter is devoted to the presentation of the company DaF – PROJEKT s.r.o. There are outlined company´s basic identification data and definition of the objects of the company. Also the chapter included information about company´s history and direction of business development. In the fourth part the company´s long-term financial plan is proposed. Given parts of the financial plan are proposed: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow. In conclusion of this thesis the financial analysis of the company is performed by using profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. Subsequently, sensitivity analysis is applied, where the impact of changes in revenues on net profit and cash flow is studied.
