Výroba ocelárenského aglomerátu v podmínkách TŽ, a.s.

Abstract

This thesis deals with the description of the production of the steel agglomerate in terms of TZ, Inc. The goal is a detailed specification of the influence of parameters on the resulting agglomerate in the preparation and handling of materials, the influence of chemical composition on the differences between the way of production. Furthermore, the influence of the composition and external conditions for its disintegration. Described are methods and advantages of the application of the steel sinter plants at steel mills. In the practical part there are evaluated measurements made during the burning front sintered layer, strength and hydrating examination, chemical and phase composition. Change of the length of the production process was designed due to the achieved parameters in the preparation of materials, production and properties of the agglomerate during storage.
