Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the processing of the overall strategic analysis of the company STROJÍRNY OLŠOVEC, s. r. o. Work characterizes the chosen company and is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, basic concepts are explained, defined methods of analysis mikrookolí and makrookolí society and the ways of identification of abilities and their resources. In part practical, these methods are applied to a given company. Using a variety of models and indicators within the strengths and opportunities of the company and describes the current position of the company and way of making strategy and also recommendations for future development.
