Studie využití proluky Dlouhá-Zámecká reflektující historickou parcelaci území

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis was to create a design use the vacant lot located between the Dlouhá and Zámecká Street in Ostrava in order to respect the conditions of functional use, based on the current territorial planning documentation. The option allows for the design of multifunctional building that complements the surrounding buildings and their operational use best meets the needs of city residents. The proposal aims to create a high-quality multifunctional building in which it is properly connected individual opeartes of residential building, galleries, commercial spaces, studios and office space. The thesis is prepared on the level of study and it primarily focuses on the architecture and layout, but also it solves the problem of static traffic in a cramped conditions city center.
