Abstract
Nowadays there are 1.500 field workers from the Operational and maintenance division working for the Distribution services, who provide the control and maintenance of a distribution gas network. Among current trends which the Distributional services have to face in the present and they will in the future belong especially demands on quality, higher labour productivity and lower costs.
The level of organization and operations control are subordinate to the level of administrative and technical support, which in current conditions are unable to increase labour efficiency beyond current state. Limitations which need to be overcome include solutions in areas of operational control support, administrative demands of particular activities and controlling on the level of effectiveness measuring for each unit of labour and also different historic procedures in particular regions.
Vision of WFM project is to implement such technical and processing aggregate of changes which overcome the mentioned limitations and will allow to the Distribution services to cope with new demands for increase in productivity.
