Abstract

My diploma project describes the technical solution of reconstruction of The Head-Office Building located in an agriculture area in Krmelín. The range of this reconstruction is based on contemporary investors and local authorities requirements. My diploma project contains not only the architectonic designs, but also a heating design, using renewable sources such as wood pellets and agro-pellets, which are produced by local agriculture comapanies. The last part of my project itself, analyze the economic view on this project and indicates an aproximate returnability of this investment.
