Prevencí a řízením rizik ke stabilitě podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na prevenci a řízení rizik ve společnosti TWIGGY Salon, s.r.o. V úvodní části jsou popsána teoretická východiska ke krizovému řízení, definováno riziko a jednotlivé fáze procesu řízení rizik v podniku. Další část je věnována představení zvoleného podnikatelského subjektu. Aplikační část diplomové práce je zaměřena na identifikování a zhodnocení rizik, která ohrožují TWIGGY Salon, a zjištění, jak je těmto rizikům v současnosti předcházeno nebo jak jsou zmírňovány jejich negativní důsledky. Na základě těchto informací došlo k odhalení nedostatků. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy, které by mohly vést k minimalizaci rizik, jež by mohla narušit stabilitu TWIGGY Salonu.

The diploma thesis is focused on prevention and risk management in TWIGGY Salon, s.r.o. The introductory section describes the theoretical background to crisis management, defines risk and the particular stages of the process of risk management in the enterprise. Another section is devoted to the presentation of the selected business entity. Application of the diploma thesis is focused on identifying and evaluating risks threatening to TWIGGY Salon, and determining how these risks are countered at present or how they are mitigating their negative consequences. Based on this information were to reveal weaknesses. The final part includes suggestions that could lead to the minimization of risks that could affect the stability of Twiggy Salon.
