Analýza neshod a rozvíjení dosavadního systému managementu kvality ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

In this work with title „Analysis of Nonconformities and Development of Existing Management Quality system“ I deal with problems of nonconformities in company. There in detail I describe company, with which I cooperate. In theoretical part I show in some theoretic fata and indications, on whose I made calculations and analyses. In analytical part I describe existing focumentation related to quality management. Centre of gravity of this work is in analysis of nonconformities by the help of Pareto analyses. I progressed in steps to got deep. I performed Pareto analyses of nonconformities according to source, according to workers and according to reasons of nonconformities at critical workers. In the last part I introduced recommendation concerning of introducion quality, increasing of heftiness aims quality, extended scope skill, new classification of nonconformities, changes in motivation system and introduction Pareto analysis in a firm.
