Analýza neshodných produktů ve strojírenské společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu neshodných produktů ve strojírenské společnosti s využitím nástrojů managementu kvality. V teoretické části této práce byla popsána problematika neshodných produktů, včetně metod posuzování shody produktů a vhodných nástrojů k jejich analýze. Praktická část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na analýzu neshodných produktů za 2. pololetí 2015 a 2. pololetí 2016, včetně příčin neshod, pomocí nástrojů managementu kvality, zejména Paretova diagramu. Následně byla tato dvě pololetí porovnána pomocí testování statistických hypotéz a navržena nápravná opatření, vedoucí ke snížení počtu neshodných produktů.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on Analysis of Nonconforming Product is Engineering Company using the tools of Quality Management. In the theoretical part of this thesis there were described issue of nonconforming products, including methods of assessing conformity of products and suitable instruments for their analysis. The practical part of this bachelor´s thesis is focused on analysis of nonconforming product in 2nd half – year 2015 and 2nd half – year 2016, including the causes of nonconformity, using Quality Management tools, particularly Pareto chart. After that, there were compared these the half – years using statistical hypothesis testing and were proposed corrective actions leading to reduction of number of nonconforming products.
