Abstract

Bachelor thesis topic of manufacturing planning work on the apartment building deals with problems related to the preparation and implementation of housing construction. Apartment building is a basement with three floors and includes 6 residential units. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures are designed of brick Porotherm system. The building is covered with a gable roof. The main part of the thesis is elaborated study of the selected object, which consists of two parts: structural engineering and construction. Part of building construction is made up of technical reports and documentation drawing object. Part of the implementation construction includes proposal of mechanism, itemized budget and a timetable for building construction.
