Abstract

The submitted thesis deals with both the general description of the soil, so the main issue and it is a description of the bacteria and the specific group that contains soil bacteria. Land deals, because of the vital environment for the occurrence and development of bacteria. The most important species of bacteria are divided into two sectors and on the aerobic and anaerobic soil bacteria, which are classified and described in detail in this work. In conclusion there are mentioned methods use soil bacteria, in practice, and the elimination of radioactive and toxic substances from the soil. Especially in areas human activities. And the last mention of the bacteria used in composting.
