Abstract

This diploma work deals with the remuneration of employees of company Omega Pharma, a.s. The aim of this work was to study and gather theoretical knowledge concerning the remuneration of employees and consider current functionality and effectivity and on the basis of proven information suggest possible changes within this system.Theoretical part is focused on the clarification of basic terms concerning the remuneration problem. Practical part contains the analysis of current system of remuneration in the company and suggestion of changes in this system which could lead to raising customer satisfaction.
