Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the process of designing and permitting the line construction of underground low-voltage cable lines LV 0.4 kV, or extension of the distribution system, designed for the needs of connecting new supply points / new customers. The aim of the thesis is to describe and clarify the individual steps in the creation of project documentation from the receipt of a brief assignment, through the creation of documentation for the permit procedure, to the actual implementation – documentation for the execution of the construction. Emphasis is placed primarily on legislative procedures and requirements of the Building Act when permitting buildings of this type. The first part describes the procedure for legislative permitting of a building, deals with the requirements of the Building Act, the Spatial Planning Act, the authorities concerned, the environment and, finally, Decree No. 501/2006 Coll. on general requirements for land use. The second part deals with the design of the layout and technical design of the building, such as the design of the type of conductor and belaying, the method of laying, the location of connection boxes, all in accordance with the methodologies of the distribution company. In conclusion, the property law issue, the establishment of an easement and the property settlement with the owners of the land in question are also addressed.
