Prorůstová politika České republiky

Abstract

Prorůstová politika přispívá k naplňování celospolečenského snažení o vzestup ekonomické úrovně svým dlouhodobým výhledem a jasně danou specializací. Práce se zabývá východisky prorůstové politiky tj. hlavními teoriemi růstu v průběhu historie od klasické školy politické ekonomie, přes keynesiánské a neoklasické modely, po zásadní tzv. novou teorii růstu. Dále je prostor věnován formulaci hypotéz chování vybraných zdrojů ekonomického růstu a následnému prověření jejich platnosti. Na závěr jsou představena doporučení tvůrcům prorůstové politiky ČR na základě zjištění popsaných skutečností.

Pro-growth policy contributes to the fulfillment of society effort to increase the level of its long-term economic growth. For pro-growth policy is an important longterm vision and clearly defined specialization. The work deals with the pro-growth policies starting points. The main theories of growth in the course of history are the classical school of political economy, Keynesian models, neoclassical models, and new growth theory. Further the work describes the formulation of hypotheses, the behavior of selected sources of economic growth and then verification of their validity. In conclusion are presented recommendations for pro-growth policy makers in the Czech Republic, which are based on the findings described facts.
