Hodnocení spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve zdravotnickém zařízení

Abstract

The aim of this master thesis is to analyse and evaluate the job satisfaction and motivation of employees in a healthcare facility. This analysis was carried out using a questionnaire survey. This master thesis consists of four parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of employee satisfaction and motivation. Basic concepts such as motivation, motivation tools, motivation theory, satisfaction or performance are explained. In the second part, the selected company to which the research was applied was introduced. The third part focused on the analysis of satisfaction and motivation in the selected company by means of a questionnaire survey. In the last part, the results of the questionnaire survey were evaluated and then suggestions and recommendations were also made to improve the current state of job satisfaction and motivation.
