Možnosti využití přístupů Kaizen a 5S ve strojírenské organizaci

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the application of the 5S and Kaizen approaches in the machinery company. The first part focuses on theoretical describing of both approaches. The practical part contains describing engineering company, analyzing the current situation and implementation of the 5S approach in a selected workplace. The Kaizen method is treated as a guide to make a suggestion system. The conclusion includes evaluations, proposals and recommendations for improvement.
