Bytový dům v Loučné nad Desnou

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Loučná nad Desnou in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The thesis is divided into a text section and a drawing section, which include a technical report, a thermal assessment of the flat roof, a structural analysis of a selected structural element, and complete construction drawings. The building in question is an apartment building without a basement, featuring four above-ground floors and thirteen residential units of various layouts. The load-bearing system is designed using Heluz ceramic blocks in combination with monolithic reinforced concrete elements. The result of this work is complete project documentation meeting the requirements for construction.
