Posouzení stavu work-life balance u zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of work-life balance in a company with continuous operation. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the level of work-life balance of employees in a selected company and to propose measures that could contribute to increasing their job satisfaction and overall well-being. The theoretical part defines the fundamental concepts, approaches and tools related to the concept of work-life balance, including current trends and the influence of generations on the labour market. The practical part is based on a combination of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews conducted among employees in different job roles. On the basis of the data, recommendations were formulated aimed at a more effective reconciliation of the work and personal spheres of employees' lives, considering the specifics of the company's operations. The thesis provides concrete suggestions on how to use available tools and benefits to improve the promotion of work-life balance and at the same time stimulates discussion on the strategic importance of this issue in the field of human resources management.
