Posouzení zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraných společnostech

Abstract

In the present work is processed provision of employee benefits in the two companies. The first company is mainly engaged in the production of mechanical and electronic systems for the automotive industry. The second company is dedicated to the manufacture of low-voltage electric motors. The first section provides basic information about employee benefits, then this bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of the selected companies. In the next section we can find the comparison and evaluation of benefits on the basis of questionnaires drawn up by the author of the bachelor thesis. At the end there are classified sources of information on which this bachelor thesis was developed.
