Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to find the most common and available methodologies and processes for IT administration management. The theoretical part will focus on compairison and then we will concentrate on the Lean method and it's uses in Tieto. We will see the basic principles and tools of the Lean method. In the practical part, we will describe the implementation of principles and tools in practice with actual results, that we have received from their application.
