Abstract

The thesis deals with employing through employment agencies. The aim of the thesis was to theoretically define function of employing through employment agencies, to determine differences of labor and wage conditions of an agency employee, to evaluate employing through agencies using swot analysis and to give recommendation to the specific company, whether to establish cooperation with employment agency or not. The theoretical part is focused on basic features of employing through agencies. The practical part is about evaluation of position of agency employee, evaluation of specific agency using swot analysis and recommendation for specific company which is considering, whether to use a service of agency or not.
