Analýza faktorů ovlivňujících spokojenost zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This Bachelor’s work is contributed to analysis of satisfaction of employees in the company of OKD a.s. It’s divided into four basic sections. The first secton contains the characteristic of this selected company of OKD a.s. The second part is theoretical, where are the basic terms clarified. Those relates to the satisfaction of employees, their motivation and factors influencing the satisfaction. Then follows the practical section, where the questionnaires focusing on analysis of satisfaction of employees are being processed. The goal of the marketing investigation was to ascertain which factors are determining the satisfaction or the dissatisfaction of the employees. Gained results are processed and then submitted for precautions and recommendations for the sake of improving the satisfaction and eliminating the current dissatisfaction of employees.
