Vliv veřejných financí na tvorbu pracovních míst v regionu Most

Abstract

The survey of his work presents the effect of public finance on creation of jobs within the region of Most during the monitored 2005-2009 years period. The first part of the work brings a study of public finance affected from the State budget of the Czech Republic to support the state policy of employment represented by the active policy of employment. The concept of the active policy of employment is described in this work as well as the criteria of use of the public funds for employers are stipulated here. The further part of the work shows an explanation of particular tools of the active policy of employment, a study of creating jobs in Most region and the number of public funds put to use. Another part of the work presents a study of feedback in the frame of controls performed by the job centre. This work also assesses the results of the active policy of employment, the number of created jobs, the amount of distributed public funds and the number of controls performed within the monitored period of 2005-2009 years. The last part of the work brings a recommendation to increase the number of controls and further possible solution in acquiring financial funds for the active policy of employment.
