Abstract

The bachelor work pays attention to administrative activity one out of 23 city districts of the corporate town of Ostrava. This district is called Plesná. The work analyse public service on local level based on chosen indicators, vhech are organization structure, public service, documentary site, inspectional activity, financing, management, employees and activity during years 2006 to 2009. The evaluation is on the grounds of above criteria.
