Abstract

The quality planning is one of the basic and the most important processes of the system of quality management, which is implemented especially in the stage of the product design and development and the process of its implementation. The planning significantly participates in the final quality product and essentially affects the satisfaction of costumers. One of the key activities of the quality planning is making the plan of the quality control. The thesis aims at updating of the plan of the quality control in the company Škoda Auto a.s. The company Škoda Auto a.s. is introduced in the first chapter of the thesis. The issues of project control is the topic of the next chapter. In the next chapter is the manual Process Emergence Product described and which activities in term of quality are described in the manual. In the next chapter the plan of quality control is compared with models APQP and VDA 4.3. In the last chapter the analysis of the existing manual PEP and the plan of the quality control is realized. On the basis of comparsion with models APQP and VDA 4.3 and evaluation of the network graphs the possible changes in the plan of the quality control were suggested, thanks to which the total operating time of the plan could be cutted down .
