Abstract

This thesis dealing with operational production planning. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes the industrial company VÚHŽ a. s., thereafter theoretical part of work describes the teoretical basis of operational planning. The practical part includes the description of the company´s information systems, schema of production hall - Foundry, work includes description of material flow and analysis of bottlenecks. In conclusion work, there are appreciation and suggestions to improve the identified problems in the company.
