Abstract
The thesis is aimed at the assessment of current measurement methodology, analysis and evaluation of low-level luminance and the design of special measurement chain quantifying the obtrusive light and facilitating long-term night sky luminance measurement and assessment. Taken from the environmental, economic and ecology perspective the measurement and analysis of obtrusive light is becoming more and more topical among the lighting technology specialists. As there is going about the mesopic radiation measurement on the value scale from 5 cd·m-2 up to 0,005 cd·m-2 the measuring instrument calibrated to photopic spectral curve efficiency characteristics is producing the spectral measuring results deviation. Besides the procedure of radiance evaluation on the scale of mesopic zone the thesis also consists of the measurement chain design adjusted to direct radiation measurement in mesopic vision area to decrease the impact and the volume of spectral deviation.
