dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je analýza problematiky integrovaných systémů managementu. Diplomová práce poskytuje ucelený návod pro implementaci integrovaného systému managementu zejména pro nově vznikající organizace. V rámci předložené práce byl na základě analýzy vybraných systémových norem navržen model pro implementaci integrovaného systému řízení, prezentovaný model vychází z Demingova cyklu (PDCA cyklu) a je kompatibilní s požadavky norem ISO. Součástí praktické části práce je také vytvořená analýza legislativního rámce pro nově vznikající organizaci, která je aktuální k datu 20. 2. 2020.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the problems of integrated management system. The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive guide for the implementation of an integrated management system not only for newly emerging organizations. Based on the analysis of selected system standards, a model for the implementation of an integrated management system was designed in the presented work, the presented model is based on the Deming cycle (PDCA cycle) and is compatible with the requirements of ISO standards. Part of the practical part of the work is also created an analysis of the legislative framework for the newly emerging organization, which is current as of 20.02.2020.en
