Implementace vybraných principů štíhlé výroby ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je Implementace vybraných principů štíhlé výroby ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na teoreticko-metodická východiska problematiky štíhlé výroby. Na základě poznatků získaných rešerší odborné literatury je specifikován význam pojmů štíhlá výroba, štíhlé pracoviště a detailněji popsány vybrané nástroje štíhlé výroby. V praktické části diplomové práce je provedena analýza stavu štíhlých nástrojů v podniku Sensorex s.r.o., ve kterém probíhala v době vypracování diplomové práce souběžně implementace vybraných nástrojů štíhlé výroby. Součástí práce je analýza výchozího stavu podniku a optimalizace stávajících procesů. Závěrečná část diplomové práce je věnována nejenom ekonomickému zhodnocení, ale celkovým přínosům implementace na vybraných pracovištích. Cílem diplomové práce je popis vybraných principů štíhlé výroby dle dostupných literárních zdrojů a praktické pojetí problematiky při její implementaci v podniku.

The subject of this thesis is Implementation of selected principles of lean manufacturing in a manufacturing company. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the theoretical and methodological basis of lean manufacturing. Based on the knowledge gained in the literature search, the meaning of the terms lean production, lean workplace and specified tools of lean production are described more specifically. The practical part of the diploma thesis introduces the company Sensorex s.r.o., in which the implementation of selected lean manufacturing tools took place at the same time as the elaboration of the diploma thesis. Part of the work is the analysis of the initial state of the company and optimization of existing processes. The final part of the diploma thesis is devoted not only to the economic evaluation, but also to the overall benefits of implementation at the selected workplaces. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe selected principles of lean manufacturing according to available literary sources and a practical concept of the issue in its implementation in the company.
