Abstract
Bachelor thesis considers elaboration of business activity for establishing a fiction Limited Company. Theoretical part is focused on characteristics of small and medium companies including definitions of their specific characteristics, advantages and disadvantages and its importance for national economy. In the practical part of Bachelor thesis there is elaborated business activity for establishing of specific small company: DS-GIPS, s.r.o., which focuses on selling and installation of gypsum plasterboards and gypsum fiber systems.
