Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to evaluate and propose improving the quality of customer distribution of Kaufland newspapers and additional promotional materials from external clients in the Kaufland CR v.o.s. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The introductory part is focused on theoretical knowledge in the field of quality and logistics related to the thesis topic. There is also brief description of Kaufland CR v.o.s. The theoretical knowledge is applied to the current situation in the company in the practical part. The current situation is analyzed and evaluated weaknesses by using the Quality Journalism and suggests recommendations to achieve increased quality in a given distribution process
