Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to outline the organization of the football tournament for the youth category before, during and after the tournament. The first chapter focused on the theoretical background of sporting events. The focus was mainly on the part of management as in sports, the definition of the main managerial functions. Furthermore, the marketing and the marketing mix in the sport and his tools. The second section focused on the characteristics of the organization of the football tournament and was described here the idea and implementation. It was introduced planning and economic assessment of the tournament. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the results of the survey, suggestions and recommendations.
