The subject of the master’s thesis is the preparation of the proposal of the area for the development of housing in family houses and the development of recreational buildings in the form of an urban study in the village of Oravske Vesele in Slovakia. During processing, the emphasis is on the overall urban composition, respect for all limits and basic urban, architectural, social and technical principles. The work contains three variant solutions with a detailed treatment of one of the variants and a justification of its choice.
