Využití recyklátu u vysokohodnotného betonu

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of mechanical properties of selected high-quality concrete mixtures, the parts of which contain a proportion of recycled concrete as a substitute for natural aggregate, with a reference mixture without the recycled substitute. The theoretical part describes basic information about concrete, its raw materials, the procedure for designing the recipe, tests and recycled aggregate in concrete. The experimental part first examines properties of the aggregate itself – both natural and recycled. Mixture recipes and the determination of their behavior in the fresh state are also given. Furthermore, mechanical and other tests are carried out to verify parameters such as compressive strength, bending tensile strength, elastic modulus and resistance to the effects of chemicals and de-icing agents on concrete. Afterwards, the application of the structural element - a reinforced concrete beam - is examined. Finally, additional experiments were carried out using a microscope.
