Porovnání poskytování veřejných služeb v obci Kopřivnice a Bílovec

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of public services provided in municipalities with extended competencies Kopřivnice and Bílovec. The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is introduction and the fifth chapter is conclusion. The second chapter of this thesis deals with public administration, characteristics and classification of public services. The third chapter is focused on the analysis of public services in municipalities with extended competencies Kopřivnice and Bílovec. There are described services in their own and delegated force provided by the towns of Kopřivnice and Bílovec. In the fourth chapter there are comparised selected public services in the municipalities with extended competencies Kopřivnice and Bílovec. The public services selected for comparison in the area of their own competence are public greenery management, waste management and public lighting management. The public services selected for comparison in the area of delegated competence are services of social work and nature and landscape protection. To proces data for the bachelor thesis there were used document analysis, time series analysis and comparative analysis.
