Abstract

Darja Kubečková Ph.D. The subject of my diploma thesis was the preparation of documentation for the construction of a specified building of a residential building with civic amenities. The building has two subparts connected with each other by a pavilion. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with infill masonry and contact insulation systém. The building is based on a foundation grid and roofed with a flat roof with a classical sequence of layers. The thesis also includes a static assessment of the selected structure, in my case a reinforced concrete floor slab with cross bracing. Furthermore, the thesis includes a thermal engineering assessment of the building envelope and an energy label of the building envelope. The drawings are prepared in accordance with Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. [1] I prepared the diploma thesis in accordance with the rules set by the decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Technical University of Ostrava. [2]
