Kateřina Riedlová, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house on parcels No. 1518, 26, 1231, 24/3, cadastral area Skalice near Frýdek-Místek, according to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on documentation of buildings. The basis for the elaboration of the bachelor thesis is the architectural study from the subject Ateliérová tvorba I - academic year 2022/2023, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová. This study was developed and revised in the subject Ateliérová tvorba V - academic year 2024/2025, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Kateřina Riedlová, Ph.D., in collaboration with a consultant in civil engineering, Ing. Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. The bachelor thesis contains the design documentation of the building and a text part with accompanying, summary and technical report related to the object and plots of land.
