Revize směrnice pro řízení procesů při výrobě odlitků

Abstract

The subject of the thesis „Revision of Directive for Process Control in Casting Production“ is to bring the deficiencies thereof, used in selected company. The aim is to create a draft of the revision including the implementation of missing documentation in accordance with the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 10013/TR. In the teoretical section the basis principles and concepts of quality management systém focusing on the issue are described. In the practical part particular company is presented with focus on its quality management systém including description of its deficincies and proposed corrective actions within a specific directive.
