Analýza možností využití metod štíhlé výroby v procesu digitální transformace

Abstract

The main subject of this thesis is an analysis of the possibilities of using lean manufacturing methods in the digital transformation process. One of the goals of this diploma thesis is to analyze the level of application of digitized lean manufacturing methods in Czech organizations. Another goal is to find out whether there is a link between the aspects of organization and the level of implementation of lean manufactuirng and Industry 4.0. The main goal of the thesis is to make a suggestion of the methodology of integration of Industry 4.0 principles and technologies into lean manufacturing systems. The first part describes the principles and methods of lean manufacturing. The second part describes the trends of the current digital transformation of society. The next parts are devoted to the current solution of the issue in practice. In the last part, a complex methodology for the implementation of lean and digitized production systems is suggested.
