Využití analýzy kořenových příčin pro šetření pracovních úrazů

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu kořenových příčin pracovních úrazů v konkrétním podniku. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou navržena odpovídající opatření k prevenci rizik. V teoretické části práce je uveden rozbor požadavků právních předpisů vztahující se k problematice šetření pracovních úrazů a pracovní úraz je představen v širším kontextu managementu rizik. Praktická část je věnována představení podniku a sběru dat o vzniklých pracovních úrazech. V závěrečné části práce je aplikována technika analýzy kořenových příčin na vybraných pracovních úrazech. Následují výstupy z analýzy s návrhem konkrétních opatření k prevenci rizik.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the root causes of workplace injuries in a particular company. Based on the analysis, appropriate risk prevention measures are proposed. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there is an analysis of legal requirements related to the issue of workplace injury investigation and workplace injury is presented in a wider context of risk management. The practical part is devoted to introducing the company and collecting data on workplace injuries. In the final part of the thesis, the technique of root cause analysis is applied on selected workplace injuries. The following results from the analysis suggesting specific risk prevention measures.
