Proces založení rodinné společnosti s ručením omezeným: právní a organizační aspekty v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of establishing a family limited liability company in the Czech Republic. The primary objective of the thesis is to create a case study regarding the formation of a limited liability company and to develop a succession plan for a fictional family business "Jen účetnictví, s.r.o.". The theoretical part defines the specifics of family business with a focus on succession issues. Furthermore, selected forms of business in the Czech Republic are discussed, with the main emphasis placed on the limited liability company. The practical part describes the actual process of company formation, which is supplemented by sample completions of the necessary registration forms. In conclusion, a seven-phase succession plan is developed to ensure a smooth and successful transfer of the business to the next generation.
