Využití odřadu USAR v ČR a v zahraničí

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením využití USAR týmu v ČR a v zahraničí. V úvodu jsou představeny prvopočátky činnosti . Nejprve se v práci popsán způsob fungování a klasifikace USAR týmu v rámci světa. Je zde popsán současný stav USAR týmů. V další části je popsána struktura USAR týmu v České republice, jeho klasifikace a způsoby povolávání pro zdolávání mimořádných situací v rámci České republiky a v rámci mezinárodní humanitární pomoci. Dále je provedeno porovnání zásahové činnosti USAR týmu České republiky s týmy Evropy a některými USAR týmy světa.V závěru práce je zhodnocení možnosti využití USAR týmu České republiky.

This thesis evaluates the use of USAR team in the Czech Republic and abroad. The introduction presents the beginnings of activity. First, the work describes functioning of peration and classification USAR team in the world. There is describes the current status of USAR teams. The next section describes the structure USAR team in the Czech Republic, its classification and methods of recruitment for the control of emergency situations in the Czech Republic. And so international humanitarian assistance. It is also done comparison of intervention activities USAR team of the Czech Republic and European teams and some world USAR teams too. At the end of the thesis is to evaluate the possibility of using USAR team of the Czech Republic.
