Zaměření a zpracování skutečného provedení stavby čerpací stanice

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo polohopisné a výškopisné zaměření čerpací stanice OMV ve Spišské Nové Vsi a následné vyhotovení geometrického plánu pro majetkoprávní uspořádaní pozemků. V jednotlivých kapitolách je popsán postup a metody skutečného zaměření, použité měřičské přístroje, postup při vyhotovení geometrického plánu a následné zpracování s využitím poznatků získaných během studia. Výsledkem diplomové práce je účelová mapa v měřítku 1:250 a geometrický plán, který bude využit jako podklad pro zápis do katastru nemovitostí.

This thesis deals with the planimetric and topographic survey of the the filling station OMV in the city of Spišská Nová Ves and further construction of the geometric plan for the settlement of property rights to the land. Individual chapters describe the procedure and methods which are applied for the real survey, the measuring instruments used, the procedure used for the creation of the geometric plan and the following processing using the knowledge obtained during the study. The result of the thesis is a special purpose map in a scale of 1 :250 and the geometric plan, which will be used as an underlying document for the registration into the competent real estate register.
