Možnosti snižování nákladů ve společnosti AGC Processing, a.s.

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na podrobnou analýzu nákladů za období od roku 2010 do roku 2014 ve firmě AGC Processing, a.s. V první části práce je charakterizována společnost AGC Processing, a.s. V teoretické části je vysvětleno vymezení nákladů, jejich členění a teoretické možnosti snižování nákladů. V praktické části jsou analyzovány náklady od roku 2010 do roku 2014 pomocí horizontální a vertikální analýzy. Pro vybrané druhy nákladů je proveden podrobnější rozbor. Dále je provedena SWOT analýza společnosti. V závěru práce jsou vymezeny oblasti úspor nákladů a navržena opatření vedoucí ke snížení zbytečných nákladů ve společnosti.

Hereby presented dissertation focuses on detailed analysis of expenses in the company AGC Processing during the period of 2010 - 2014. The first part contains details about the company. The theoretical part explains the definition of expenses, their structure and theoretical possibility for their decreasing. The practical part analyses the expenses of the period between years 2010 and 2014 using the horizontal and vertical analysis. The chosen expenses are broken down in details. The company’s SWOT analysis has been also carried out. In closing of this dissertation are specified areas for decreasing of the expenses and suggested actions leading to decreasing company’s unnecessary expenses.
