Abstract

The objective of the dissertation research is to determine the methodical sequence of operations necessary for the correct calculation of tender calculations of sheet metal parts and welded structures as a basis for the development of a software solution. At the beginning of the research, there were hypotheses set. For the research, empirical and quantitative analysis in a real working environment was provided through market research and conducting personal interviews with representatives of manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic. At the same time, a search and analysis of the literature related to the topic under study was carried out. The output is the data and information that are based on the process of calculating bid costing, approximation of the cost of automated work operations, the design of the database section and the design of the methodological sequence were identified. All the data obtained was processed into the development of a functional model of the computing system, which was used as the basis for comparative analyses to confirm the hypotheses established. Finally, an evaluation of the applicability of the proposed solution in industrial enterprises was carried out.
