Hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the creation, application and evaluation of the new introduced system of satisfaction of employees at the company with fictitious name XYZ, Ltd. This thesis is divided on theoretical bases, introducing company, practical application of assessment and synthesis and recommendations. In the first part is theoretically described the process of satisfaction of employees and related terms. In the next part of this thesis is introduced company with fictious name XYZ, Ltd. Folowed by practical application of evaluation and there is also described way of satisfaction of employees and then is evaluation. The new system of evaluation is processed by survey. The individual questionnaire are analyzed in detail in the application part of this thesis. In the last proposal part are defined recommendation to improve satisfaction of employees.
