Administrativní objekt v Hrušově

Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis "Administration building in Hrušov" deals with the project concerning building administration use in Ostrava- Hrušov. This particular project is based on previous urban study within the Studio Art III whose task was to revitalize the former mine Hubert and locality around Hrušov that creates promising environment near the motorway and the city center as well. The main aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to create a compound with purpose to increase tourism and at the same time preserve greenery in chosen locality. Within the following Studio Art IV, the architectonical study was created for this one particular object. The main aim of this study serves as an object for international company. It corresponds with needs of users as well as with economical, technical, architectonical and operational requirements. The building is designed as a high-rise square object. In this Bachelor Thesis, the project is designed in the range of partial documentation for the execution of the building according to given specifications. Thesis is divided into two parts: textual part and drawing part. Technical details of foundations are addressed in specialization as well as attics and details of lightweight circumferential cladding.
